What was the highlight of Silverise Pension

Okay for low budget

They offered free coffee all the time, staff was kind and only 5-10 minutes to the center.

There was no refill water, the tab water and shower water was very dirty. It didn’t feel good to shower. There was no toilet seat or toilet lid and my room was directly next to the highway street which means it was noisy sometimes.

Meets expectations. Satisfied.

Mabait ang staff. Will help you with directions and booking transfer from El Nido to Puerto Princesa, tours, other needs. May free coffee/tea pero naubos and hindi na nareplenish.

Water from faucet is brown, was advised to let it run for 5minutes for it to clear out. No clothesline for hanging wet clothes since most activities in El Nido are related to island hopping. Location is a bit far from the city/town proper. Will need to walk 10-15 minutes to reach town for restaurants, shops, etc. Though pwede naman magtricycle. Pero choose something near the beach or city proper nalang.

OK for 1 night stay.

Location is good. Place is close to the main walking street of El Nido. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered to help us with our tour booking despite us not booking through them.

1) bathroom ventilation is non-existent. If someone uses the bathroom the whole room stinks. 2) a HUGE rat was running around the lobby, had to inform the staff to "take care of it"

The first room we got was very small and no hot water in the showers. All rooms with a Fan doesn't have warm water, just the rooms with AC provide warm water. The second room with AC and warm water was nice and a way bigger than our first room. All in all its a good place to stay and they provide coffee and tee for free.

Not a place to have a comfort night

The location is really good, beach and main streets are right in the corner.

We didn’t appreciate the hygiene, so bad. This is not a quiet place, the staff is watching TV during your night (midnight) without any attention for them guests and no breakfast included.

Frustrating

Room 6 has no dresser.no tv/lcd.no fan in case of brownout. Curtain covers the Aircon which is located below the window, so in using the aircon.you have to open the curtain and be exposed.No window screen .Water heater is not working. The whole floor of cr is flooded when using the shower. When power outtage occur, they let you wait for more than 30min. to switch to generator.Room is poorly design.No wifi signal inside the room.

The WiFi worked fairly well in the common areas as stated on the website - which is hard to find in El Nido. The aircon stopped working as only generators were powering through the storms as per everywhere, and the receptionist let me use their fan which was very kind as one of us was very ill. The aircon came off and on over night so we slept very well and it got too cold at one point, but we always had some sort of power. They didn’t speak much English, however everyone was still very friendly. Coffee readily available which was great. Overall a very nice place to stay on our budget and the same price as a hostel and we got a private room. The bathroom was big and we got hot water when the power was on- I recommend throwing out the scented air freshener as it was awful! Don’t come here expecting a 5* hotel but it’s really nice for a cheap place in the Philippines and I think the reviews are from those expecting way too much from somewhere like this.

No sleep at the Rooster Farm..

The only thing good about it was it was close to the main strip.

When they say they have Wi-Fi don't believe it cause it does not work. The air-con is barely big enough to cool the room and they will turn off your room power by the breaker while your not there. Stained sheets. Zero water pressure with a mouldy bathroom. And if you like to sleep past four in the morning do not stay here because you are surrounded on all sides by rooster farms which kick off around 3.30 4.00 in the morning and don't stop until about one in the afternoon...

The room is really horrible. It is so small and dirty. In the first night bedbugs bite us.
